I’m a patient with a terrible irrational fear of dentistry. I hadn’t been to a dentist office in nearly 13 years. With such a lapse of time I was in need of some oral care. SMMD was recommended. The staff is friendly, soft spoken, reassuring and willing to answer every insurance question I had. The frontline ladies are your first experience upon arrival and your last experience upon exit. They are always a joy to interact with. Dr. Yaseri is my appointed dentist and I couldn’t have been luckier to have her. I explained my situation, my lack of professional care, and her empathy was on point. I was made to feel comfortable. She explained every detail of our procedures, worked slowly and cared about my discomfort. I was prescribed anti anxiety meds for my more invasive procedures and every effort was made for my utmost comfort upon request. A little over 2 years later and my gums are healthy, my cavities being dealt with, crowns installed and yes a couple root canals too. With every step I confidently moved forward under the watchful eyes of Dr. Yaseri. My procedures are nearly done and I cannot wait to get to a point where only bi annual visits are the norm. Dr. Yaseri is the absolute best! I haven’t been to a dentist in years because of trauma I experienced and she was so sweet and extremely helpful in explaining the process we go through and the state my teeth are in! I’ve been seeing her for 6 months, I got my crown, a filling, and an onlay! They all went splendid I feel so much more confident with my teeth! This is 10/10 will forever continue coming to her!!

I highly recommend San Marcos Modern Dentistry for any dental procedures. The office is clean with state of the art equipment. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Judith Aldaz Is an excellent dentist, she explains procedures clearly and listens to concerns very well. She is calm, reassuring, patient and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and trust her with my dental care and providing the best service for the complete health of my teeth. She represents the finest in Dentistry.
